Our Programs offer home sellers the opportunity to choose how much of the work involved in selling a home they want to do. By doing some or all of the work - you save or earn the commission. All of our Programs are designed to leave more money in your pocket than a "traditional" real estate transaction without sacrificing our commitment to great customer service for you and your potential buyers.

Basic Program

MLS Listing: our membership and participation in the MLS ensures virtually unlimited exposure of detailed information about your home to buyers and real estate agents.

Digital Photos: We will take and publish two exterior and up to six interior photos of your home in MLS, Realtor.com, and many other home search websites.

Realtor.com: Your home will be easily accessible to internet-connected buyers worldwide on this and other IDX sites.

List Hub: Our membership in the local MLS ensures that your home will be distributed to a wide audience of buyers through a network of affiliated home search websites.

Professional Yard sign: Your contact information will be displayed so that buyers can call you directly to request and schedule showings. (If you sell your home to an unrepresented buyer, you pay NO commission. We will direct calls we receive to you so that you maintain your "For Sale By Owner" status.)

Lock Box: Licensed Realtors who are members of our local MLS and have seller-confirmed appointments scheduled through CSS will be provided with the lock box code so that they can show your home even when you aren’t available.

Centralized Showing Service (CSS): Our affiliation with CSS simplifies scheduling and allows you to have total control over when your home is shown by agents, and it increases the number of showings and possibility of a quick sale.

MLS Listing sheet: This information will be provided for you to print and display in your home or to distribute in a yard flyer box if you choose to provide one.

All NC Real Estate Forms: Real Estate Resource Team will provide all forms, including contracts and addenda, required for your sales transaction.

Executive Program

This Program offers you the flexibility to show your home or let us help you. Our professional yard sign displays your phone number so that buyers may contact you directly. Buyers may also contact our office for assistance. This program makes it easier for your home to be shown to MORE potential buyers. Our network of experienced agents is available to you to handle buyer inquiries, initially qualify buyers, and show your home.

Executive Program sellers receive the following upgraded services as compared to the Basic Program:

Upgraded MLS Entry: This program gives agents access to additional information about your home. Items could include: NC Property Disclosures, Home Owner Association Disclosures, Surveys, etc

Weekly Communication: Your Real Estate Resource Team agent will communicate with you weekly to discuss market changes and updates.

Customized Flyers: Real Estate Resource Team will design and provide you with a printable marketing piece for your home. This included at least 2 photographs and highlights your homes best features. This flyer also includes information for buyers to contact both the home owner and Real Estate Resource Team to schedule a showing on your home.

Flyer Tube: This is a great way to give potential buyers a sneak preview to what your home has to offer. You decide what marketing piece works best for your home. The MLS sheet or Customized flyer fit perfectly inside the tube.

Elite Program

Real Estate Resource Team's Elite Program is a full service real estate representation. Enjoy the extras this program includes such as: professional staging tips and the square footage of your home verified by a Certified Appraiser.
